¶ Introduction
At least 1 game, F-Zero X, has its game extension through the Nintendo 64 Disk Drive. We will see here how to proceed.
¶ Usage
- Put the game
F-Zero X (Japan).z64in the64dddirectory. - Put the
F-Zero X - Expansion Kit (Japan).nddgame in the64dddirectory. - Update your list of games.
- In the list of games, move to the desired game and press
START.
- Go to
MODIFY GAME>RUN WITHand choose the coreLIBRETRO MUPEN64PLUS_NEXT.
- Close all menus.
- Run
F-Zero X (Japan)in the64ddsystem. - When the game starts, go to the RetroArch menu by pressing
Hotkey + B.
- Do "Back" once and then go to "Subsystems".
- Select the
Load N64 Disk Driveoption.
- Select the game
F-Zero X - Expansion Kit (Japan).ndd.
- You will automatically go back. Go back to
Subsystemsand chooseLoad N64 Disk Driveagain.
- Select the game
F-Zero X (Japan).z64.
- You will automatically go back. Go back to
Subsystemsand chooseStart N64 Disk Drive.
- And your game starts with the extension.
