If you want to use an external WiFi key with your Raspberry Pi, you must disable the internal WiFi.
In the RECALBOX partition of your SD card, open the file recalbox-user-config.txt and add the following line on a new line:
recalbox-user-config.txt
dtoverlay=disable-wifi
