In order to help developers fix certain bugs, you may be asked to provide what is known as a support archive. This contains a large amount of information that can help identify what is happening.
For the support archive to be useful, you must first reproduce your issue with debug mode enabled in the menus. After enabling debug mode, try to reproduce your error.
Its use is done via the Web manager.

.After a while, a download link will appear at the bottom of the page. Download the archive and send the downloaded file in a message to the person who requested it.
Don't forget to disable debug mode after sending the support file.
